Note: Use this form only if you have never attended a FaithWalk weekend, or other three day weekend. This is the Registration form to attend a FaithWalk as a first time FaithWalk Believer. All others should register from the Log In page and complete the information pertaining to the weekend they attended.
By submitting this application, you are committing to attend a Faith Walk weekend, as designated
by the registrar. If you are not certain that this is what you wish to
do, please refrain from filling out this form.

Total cost for the weekend: $120. A $60 deposit, which is applied toward the total cost,
must be submitted with this registration form. Please make your check payable to: Faith Walk.

We cannot reserve your space until your deposit is paid. Registrations are on a first come,
first serve basis and this registration does not guarantee you a place on the upcoming Walk.
You will receive a confirmation notice approximately eight weeks prior to the Walk date.

After completing the form below, if you do not get a confirmation screen indicating your online application has been received successfully and with instructions on mailing in your deposit, please print out a paper application and submit that. We may experience online registration problems at times of which we are not aware.
